Terms and Conditions for ExBox Co-Working Space in ATC Welcome to ExBox! By using our co-working space, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which are designed to maintain a safe, clean, and productive environment for all members. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Work-Friendly Environment

ExBox is a professional workspace. Members are expected to maintain a respectful, quiet, and collaborative atmosphere. Avoid any disruptive behavior that could disturb others, such as loud phone calls or playing media without headphones.

2. Using the pass (ID) strap

- Users must wear the pass (ID) strap provided by receiption while using the facility. - User must return the pass (ID) strap to receiption upon exiting the facility.

3. Internet Usage

- Use the provided internet connection responsibly. Accessing unsafe or inappropriate websites, including 18+ content, is strictly prohibited. - Any misuse of the internet that jeopardizes security or violates this policy may lead to membership termination.

4. Using Locker

- Lockers are available if needed. - ExBox is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

5. Equipment Usage

ExBox provides shared working equipment, including printers, paper, monitors, and other office supplies. Use these responsibly and avoid unnecessary waste. Report any malfunctions to the staff immediately. Damaging or misusing equipment will result in penalties as outlined in point 8.

6. Damage to ExBox Property

Members are responsible for any damage caused to ExBox’s assets. Any broken or damaged items must be paid for on the same day.

7. Refreshments

Complimentary tea and coffee are available to all members without limitations. Please use these resources responsibly and clean up after yourself.

8. Outside Food

Bringing outside food into the co-working space is not permitted. There are multiple restaurants and refreshment areas near ExBox in ATC for your convenience.

9. Payment and Membership Renewal

Membership fees must be paid on time as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in suspension of membership. To continue using the space, ensure your membership is renewed promptly before the expiration date.

10. Opening and Closing Hours

ExBox operates strictly within the hours mentioned on your membership agreement. We cannot accommodate members outside these hours.

5. Lost and Found

Members are responsible for their personal belongings while using the ExBox co-working space. ExBox and ATC are not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged within the premises. If you lose an item, please inform the management team immediately. Found items will be kept in the lost and found section for a limited period before disposal or donation.

6. Internet and Wi-Fi Usage

While using ExBox's internet services, you are able to use freely. Please be sure to not commit any criminal activities.
ATC | ExBox team will take action against any criminal activities being noticed.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterward to address any potential disputes or fulfill legal obligations. Upon termination of your membership, we will securely delete or anonymize your data unless required otherwise by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights concerning your personal data: To access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us. To opt out of non-essential communications such as promotional updates. To raise concerns or complaints about data misuse.

9. Updates to This Policy

ExBox is a modern co-working space located in the ATC ITM building. It provides a professional and collaborative environment with high-speed internet, office equipment, and amenities to help you focus on your work.

ExBox operates strictly within the hours mentioned in your membership agreement.

Mon to Fri : 10am to 6pm

We do not accommodate members outside these hours. Please check with the management team for current timings.

No, outside food is not allowed in the co-working space. There are many restaurants and refreshment areas near ExBox in the ATC building for your convenience.

If you lose something in ExBox, inform the management team immediately. Found items will be kept in the lost and found section for a limited period. However, ExBox and ATC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If you damage any property or equipment in ExBox, you will need to report it immediately and pay for the damages on the same day.
